You will receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order, confirming the lead time for your items and any applicable shipping costs.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items:
Many of our products are made-to-order or sourced directly from our European manufacturers. Lead times for these items depend on the specific manufacturer’s schedule and production process. Details will be communicated in your confirmation email.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Options

Each of our manufacturers has unique shipping policies regarding lead times, shipping methods, and available services. To ensure clarity, we advise customers to contact us prior to placing an order to confirm the exact estimated time of arrival (ETA) and shipping costs. If this step is not taken, our team will provide this information via email within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Back-Ordered and Out-of-Stock Items

Damaged or Missing Items

Immediate Inspection Upon Delivery:

Reporting Damages or Missing Items:

  • Notification Period: Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to us within five (5) calendar days of delivery. This timeframe aligns with industry standards for reporting concealed damages.

Required Documentation:

To expedite your claim, please provide the following:
